Welcome to DDingDong! These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform, including the customer-facing bell system and the manager dashboard interface.
1. Use of the Platform
By using DDingDong's dashboard and services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Customers access our system via QR/NFC without account registration. Managers must register for an account to access administrative functions.
2. Manager Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the system or intentionally disrupt service delivery.
- You must ensure your venue complies with local laws regarding customer data (if collecting surveys or feedback).
3. System Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, DDingDong does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate manager accounts in cases of misuse, abuse, or breach of contract.
5. Device Use
Our system may be accessed via your own hardware (e.g., tablets), or via test hardware provided by DDingDong. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party hardware unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
6. Limitations of Liability
DDingDong is not liable for any lost revenue, missed requests, or system delays resulting from improper setup, user error, or external hardware/network issues.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
